Blue Ash, OH (Fully Onsite)Term: Contractwe are looking for Mechanical Engineers with experience inManufacturing, Validation & Test EngineeringProduct, Process & Equipment Validation, Acceptance & System Testing, Test Setup & Procedure DevelopmentPrototype & Production Equipment Support, Process Qualification, Debugging & Root Cause AnalysisSOP & Technical DocumentationSupplier & Cross Functional Collaboration.JD:Perform acceptance and validation testing on prototypes and new products throughout developmentSet up, execute, and document test configurations for components and equipmentDevelop and refine test procedures and protocols to improve testing processesBuild, maintain, and operate prototype and production equipmentSupport installation, startup, debugging, and validation of new products and equipmentCollaborate with suppliers and operations to ensure equipment meets specifications and transitions smoothly to productionMaintain detailed documentation including test results, SOPs, and component specificationsProvide training and onboarding support for testing and process personnelManage equipment and component inventory and procurement to ensure timely deliverySupport process development and qualification for components, assembly processes, and software-driven system
