Technical Writer (PowerPoint / Documentation Support)We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to support documentation and communication needs across multiple teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills who is comfortable working with both presentation materials and written correspondence in a technical environment.This position may focus on one of two areas depending on team needs:• Presentation Development: Organize, update, and enhance a large volume of existing PowerPoint presentations. Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather accurate information and transform it into clear, visually polished, and professional presentations.• Document & Correspondence Support: Draft, edit, and respond to technical and administrative letters using Microsoft Word. Work closely with internal teams to gather input, ensure accuracy, and produce well-structured, clear written responses.Key Responsibilities:Develop, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations to improve clarity, consistency, and visual qualityDraft and revise written correspondence, reports, and letters in Microsoft WordCoordinate with engineers, project teams, and other stakeholders to gather required informationEnsure all documents follow company standards, formatting, and quality expectationsSupport general documentation needs, including organizing and maintaining filesQualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word required)Good written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand and work with technical information at a basic levelStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAdditional Information:This role offers the opportunity to grow within the company.
