Our dedication to candidates involves managing expectations with precision through business intelligence, thorough interview preparation, transparent communication, and exceptional feedback throughout the process.We are committed to advancing your career and look forward to supporting your professional growth.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Manager, Electronic Payments (EFT)Location: Manhattan, NY (4 days on-site / 1 day remote)Salary: $200–220K base + 10% bonus + pensionMust have the following:Hands-on EFT and wire processing leadership, strong compliance and controls mindset, Client connectivity experience (FedLine Direct / Advantage), ACH and settlement knowledge, and the ability to manage money movement at a significant scale in a high-demand banking environment.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end EFT and wire processing in a high-volume, demand-driven environment handling ~200 wires per day.Provide day-to-day leadership for a 5-person team operating across two locations (NY/NJ), with 1–2 team members per site.Oversee correspondent services, settlement services, and ACH activity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls around money movement.Maintain direct operational responsibility for FedLine Direct and FedLine Advantage, including testing, changes in the pipeline, and ongoing enhancements.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including OFAC, AML, BSA, and internal control frameworks.Operate within an institution managing $11–12 trillion in assets, requiring precision, discipline, and risk awareness.Partner closely with Treasury and Cash Management teams on daily liquidity, cash positioning, and reconciliation activities.Own cash management processes, reconciliations, exception handling, and issue resolution.Lead and participate in data analysis, system testing, and validation tied to payment flows and regulatory requirements.Identify, document, and strengthen controls around money, ensuring operational risk remains low.Ensure all payment systems and processes align with what Client offers and requires.Support ongoing change initiatives, system upgrades, and regulatory-driven enhancements across the payments ecosystem.Requirements:10+ years of experience in banking or financial services with a strong focus on EFT, wire transfers, ACH, and settlement operations.Demonstrated compliance background covering OFAC, AML, BSA, and fraud controls.Hands-on experience working with FedLine Direct and FedLine Advantage.Proven ability to manage teams across multiple locations in an on-site operating model.Strong understanding of payment controls, reconciliation, and cash management processes.Tech-savvy mindset with experience in data analysis, testing, and operational validation.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced education preferred but not required.INDHManager Electronic Payments, EFT processing, wire transfer operations, FedLine Direct, FedLine Advantage, ACH payments, settlement services, banking operations management, payments compliance OFAC AML BSA, cash management reconciliation, correspondent banking services, Client payments, high volume wire processing, payment controls, financial services operations, treasury interaction, payment systems testing, operational risk management, electronic funds transfer leadership.
