Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on data entry to support our team. Key Responsibilities: Document tracking, data entry, and management using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Provide administrative support to various departments Maintain and organize files and records Answer incoming phone calls and assist visitors Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills, both written and verbal What We Offer: Flexible schedule PTO Paid Holidays Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: 4 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Augusta, ME 04330 (Required) Work Location: In person
