The hotel will feature 121 guest rooms, positioning it as a key addition to Pensacola’s growing hospitality and tourism landscape.www.hoteltristan.comDirector of Sales - Hotel TristenFull-Time, ExemptReports To: General ManagerSalary: $75,000-90,000 annual + Bonus Eligibility Position SummaryThe Director of Sales is responsible for driving total hotel revenue through strategic leadership of sales, marketing, and market positioning efforts across all business segments, including group, transient, and catering/event.This role partners closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing, distribution, and demand generation, ensuring alignment with budget, forecast, and targeted business mix. The Director of Sales plays a key role in positioning the hotel within the local market, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent commercial performance.This is a highly visible leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
