A company is looking for a Project Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative and organizational support within the Project Management Office.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings and maintain initiative logs to ensure project organization and accountability
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion
Draft documentation and reports summarizing project progress and stakeholder feedback for leadership review
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment or fast-paced setting
Familiarity with project management tools or Agile methodologies preferred
Associate's degree in business administration, project management, or related field is preferred
Experience with financial services, banking, or credit union operations is a plus
