Company DescriptionSpace Payload Processing Optimization pre-launch utilizing robotics & AI.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Payload Integration Engineer located in Lompoc, CA. The Payload Integration Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end payload integration, including planning, execution, and oversight of integration processes. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, developing and refining software for system integration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance. The role also involves documentation, testing, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issuesProficiency in Software Development and Integration tasksExperience in Systems Engineering and coordinating complex systemsExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teamsKnowledge of payload systems and prior experience in the aerospace sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical fieldFamiliarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
