You must have strong communication and organizational skills to succeed in a multi-team environment. Make sure that projects are completed safely, on time and on budget. Work directly with job foremen to maximize labor while keeping the highest level of safety and quality. Ability to work in a busy environment and adapt to frequent project changes.ResponsibilitiesEstablish Project Budget and Project Schedule of ValuesWork in conjunction with purchasing with the buyout of all materials, equipment and subcontracts; utilizing estimate to maintain budget.Submit project monthly billingsAssist with payment collections on applicable projectsProvide accurate job cost and cash flow projectionsProvide accurate project manpower projections in conjunction with the project foremanReview permit documents, submittals, subcontracts and purchase orders for processingCoordinate and release material/equipment deliveries to coincide with project schedule requirementsAttend project management meetingsSite visits as neededReview change order request estimatesReview and update manpower and schedules weeklyWork collaboratively with Coordination to prepare coordination scheduleResolve contract disputes with vendors, GC's & subcontractorsCollaborate with Assistant Project Managers on various aspects of the projectSchedule and provide owner trainings as neededQualifications5+ years' experienceMicrosoft OfficeBluebeamProcoreSage 300CREStrong written and verbal skillsHigh level of problem solvingAbility to manage shifting prioritiesAbility to manage and lead teamsThorough and advanced knowledge/understanding of Plumbing mechanical systems and the construction industryExtensive knowledge of MA building codes and standards.Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account401k with Company MatchProfit Sharing PlanHoliday PayLong-Term DisabilityCompany Sponsored Life InsuranceGreat Company CultureContinuous and Extensive Training and Development
