Diesel Mechanic
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing diesel engines and vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in diesel equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty components
- Complete service reports accurately and timely
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality after repairs
Skills
- Proficiency in diesel engine repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and heavy machinery
- Experience with Caterpillar engines is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with clients
- Familiarity with tractor services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
