As part of our growth and upcoming initiatives, we are proactively searching for Senior Data Engineers to support future projects and platform modernization efforts across our client portfolio. We are seeking a Computer Vision & Machine Learning Engineer to support an AI-driven video analytics initiative focused on operational efficiency, safety monitoring, and real-time detection systems within a retail environment. This role requires hands-on experience with computer vision, object detection models, and ML deployment, along with the ability to contribute quickly within a fast-paced, high-visibility project.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, fine-tune, and optimize computer vision and object detection models using video and image datasetsSupport the deployment of ML models in production or near-production environmentsAnalyze and process large-scale visual datasets, including annotation workflows and video sample preparationBuild new models and adapt pre-trained models to support operational and safety-focused use casesEvaluate technical feasibility and prioritize AI/ML use cases according to business timelines and delivery goalsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Infrastructure, Operations, AI Engineering, and business teams to translate operational requirements into technical solutionsContribute to the development of real-time detection and alerting capabilities using camera-based systemsSupport rapid prototyping and MVP delivery initiatives within fast-paced environmentsRequired Skills & QualificationsAdvanced English communication skills, with the ability to actively use the language in day-to-day work and technical discussions.Strong hands-on experience with Computer Vision and Object Detection frameworks such as YOLO, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologiesExperience training, fine-tuning, validating, and deploying Machine Learning modelsBackground working with image and video data pipelinesFamiliarity with annotation tools, labeling workflows, and visual dataset managementExperience working with cloud-based Machine Learning infrastructure, preferably within Azure environmentsStrong understanding of ML engineering best practices and scalable deployment approachesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teamsNice to HaveExperience with real-time video analytics solutionsFamiliarity with retail, operational monitoring, safety, or loss prevention environmentsExperience contributing to MVPs, pilot programs, or executive demonstration initiativesAbility to balance experimentation, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines in fast-moving projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
