Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across JP Cullen's corporate and project teams. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and continuously strengthen our employer brand. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter with a strong sourcing background who thrives on building talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate full-cycle recruiting using a proactive, relationship-driven approach to attract, evaluate, and hire top talentDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, iCIMS, job boards, referrals, social media, and industry networks; build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill rolesTrack and report sourcing activity, metrics, hit rates, and hiring outcomes to hiring managers and leadershipReview resumes, conduct candidate phone screens, coordinate and participate in interviews, manage assessments, and provide hiring recommendationsPartner with hiring managers to position JP Cullen as an employer of choice and understand candidate decision driversPrepare, write, and present offer letters in collaboration with hiring managersEnsure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience through clear and timely communicationPartner with Marketing to support recruitment-focused social media strategies and employer branding effortsRepresent JP Cullen by attending industry related networking eventsBuild and maintain relationships with external recruiting and search firmsCoordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruiting events, and college presentationsPost and maintain job descriptions within Applicant Tracking System – iCIMSEnsure all recruiting activities align with JP Cullen's EEO/AA standards and hiring processPerform additional duties as assigned by the ManagerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related degree and 4 years sourcing and recruiting experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience.Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, Indeed, etc.)Proven ability to source passive candidates and build long-term talent relationshipsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a collaborative, high-expectation environmentA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for talent and peopleWhy JP Cullen?We specialize in the "Tough Jobs" no one else can do – and that starts with hiring the right people.
