The company supports impactful projects that contribute to national security and technological innovation.About the Opportunity:The ORACLE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER will contribute to developing and enhancing software solutions that support national security initiatives. This role involves high-level engineering tasks, research and development leadership, and application of innovative technical solutions. The position influences design and process improvements, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of software products.Responsibilities:Perform system architecture, detailed design, and complex testing for product development.Plan and lead research and development projects and functional teams.Develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.Interpret business issues to recommend best practices and influence stakeholder perspectives.Analyze and recommend enhancements to existing products and processes.Build, test, and maintain software modules using development tools.Interact with customers, vendors, and external partners as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming.Experience with SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD.US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Libraries.Knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle HRMS applications.Certification in CSSLP.Experience with Air Force and Department of Defense/Government environments.Pay Range and Compensation Package:The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00 to $148,200.00.Final salary may vary based on contract wage determination, experience, skills, location, education, certifications, and federal labor categories.Benefits & Perks:Health InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffHoliday PayShort-term and Long-term DisabilityRetirement and Savings PlansLearning and Development OpportunitiesWellness ProgramsEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
