All Service Specialists Inc is seeking a Project Director (Sales) to lead client relationships and drive new business across our core general contracting services: remodeling, roofing, outdoor living, pools, snow removal, and lawn care. This hybrid role combines sales, site visits, and client management. From the first handshake to the final walkthrough, you'll serve as a trusted advisor guiding customers through every step of the project. We're growing fast, entering new markets, and building a next-level salesforce to match.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and company systemsConduct on-site consultations and measurements using smartphone tech (LiDAR)Scope out projects, build proposals, and close high-value dealsGuide clients through design, budgeting, and execution in collaboration with Project ManagersMaintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal teamsUse company CRM and sales processes to track leads, manage pipeline, and hit performance goalsOwn your results and continuously refine your approach through feedback and experienceQualifications3+ years of sales, account management, or client-facing experience (general contracting preferred)1+ years of estimating experienceExceptional communication skills and a client-first mindsetSelf-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a performance-based environmentStrong field presence: confident conducting site visits, measuring, and scoping projectsMust have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone with LiDAR scanningTech-comfortable with CRM tools, apps, and basic computer useCompetitive mindset with a desire to earn residual income and long-term growthCompensation & BenefitsCommission-based pay with uncapped earnings potentialExpected first-year income: $100K–$150K+Top performers earning $200K–$350K+Residual income from recurring services (lawn care, snow removal)Training pay negotiable for new hires (situation dependent)Flexible W2 or 1099 structureCompany-provided sales desk, CRM access, and operational supportCompany events and team outingsServices You'll SellChoose your niche or mix and match from:Snow Removal (seasonal contracts)Remodeling (kitchen, bath, additions, etc)Roofing (high volume & value)Pools (long-cycle, high-commission projects)Outdoor Living & Design/BuildLawn Care & LandscapingAnd moreScheduleFull-time, Monday to FridayFlexible daily schedule based on client appointments and personal productivityLocationHybrid work modelBased in Dane County, WILocal travel for site visits and client meetingsEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
