Job Title: IAM ArchitectLocation: On-Site (Juno Beach Florida)Term: 12 MonthsIAM Architect Job DescriptionThe IAM Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and managing the identity and access management architecture, ensuring secure and streamlined access to our company’s systems.The ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of IAM concepts, practices, and procedures, including design and management of access controls, user entitlements, and administration of business processes.ResponsibilitiesTranslates business goals into IAM technology and architecture visions, priorities, and standardsDrives architecture delivery by participating in governance and developing IAM architecture artefacts such as blueprintsDevelops, maintains, and communicates the overall IAM security architecture, policies, and standards during development of application or infrastructureWork collaboratively with Enterprise architects, Security architects, and business-technology leaders to set out the long-term IAM architecture strategy, roadmap, and ambitionDeliver architecture for all the IAM capabilities and cross capabilitiesWork with solution architects on product level with architecture designs in line with the overall IAM architecture designWork with engineering teams, solutions architects, and product owners to finalize and approve detailed design. Perform identity and access management tasks related to user access, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, and review of accessWork with other departments to understand their IAM requirementsEnsure IAM solutions comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirementsManage IAM related incidents and changesConduct periodic access reviews and remediationQualificationsProven work experience as an IAM Architect or similar roleExperience with IAM solutions and technologiesKnowledge of identity management, role-based access control, and authentication systemsFamiliarity with IT security principles, architecture, and strategyUnderstanding of compliance regulations and security standardsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsBS degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related fieldSkillsUnderstanding of IAM technology and standards, as well as experience in designing and implementing IAM solutionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues related to IAMStrong understanding of IT security principles and how they apply to IAM strategies to protect the organization from security breaches and identity theftKnowledge of programming languages, databases, and system design to build and integrate IAM systemsStrong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other IT team members, stakeholders, and vendorsExceptional communication skills to clearly articulate IAM strategies, plans, protocols, and issues to non-technical team members and stakeholdersKnowledge of compliance regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc., to ensure the IAM strategies align with legal and regulatory requirementsExperience in project management, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks, to ensure the successful implementation of IAM projectsPowered by JazzHRDV6KHqqDfK
