This role combines technical expertise with deep program understanding to develop IT solutions that enhance transparency, support data-driven decision making, and establish reliable reporting cadences that demonstrate organizational impact to stakeholders and the community.ResponsibilitiesPartners directly with program teams to identify technology needs and translate program requirements into IT solutionsDevelops and maintains automated data workflows that provide regular, reliable insights to program leadership and stakeholdersCreates compelling data visualizations that communicate program impact and organizational value to diverse audiencesEstablishes reporting cadences that support transparent communication with funders, partners, and the publicCollaborates with IT Director to align technology investments with program priorities and organizational strategyManages critical data transitions including ETO to WA Works migration and ongoing platform supportGenerates ad hoc reports and maintains board-level reporting requirementsEvaluates and cleans databases to ensure data integrity and accessibilityMaintains public-facing data graphics that showcase organizational impactProvides technical support for software, hardware, network, and security systemsManages helpdesk operations ensuring timely resolution of IT requestsLearns and implements new platforms (Cognito, Miro, Smartsheet) as organizational needs evolveDocuments processes and workflows to build organizational knowledge and capacityTrains staff on technology tools and data interpretationQualificationsRelevant experience, demonstrated competencies, or equivalent combination of education and professional development.
