Retirement Plan Specialist

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist. Key Responsibilities Work with clients to gather necessary information for annual reporting Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy Prepare required government filings for 401(k) plans, including the IRS Form 5500 Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred Ability to work in an autonomous environment Must pass a background check and meet work from home requirements
