Reports to: Packaging Manager
Collaborates with: Packaging Manager, Packaging Team Members, Dispensary Managers/leads, Operations Manager, Post-Harvest Associate

Job Summary: Packaging Associates are responsible for crafting, producing, and preparing high quality flower product true to the Verdes Brand for retail sale. An eye for accuracy and detail are essential, as well as a tenacious work ethic and collaborative team spirit. Integrity and ingenuity are a must. Ancillary responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe work environment, equipment operation and maintenance, and re-stocking supplies. Some computer work may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing flower product precisely and according to department guidelines and SOP
Maintain high-quality processing and safety standards while driving efficiencies within a production space with active machinery operations.
Accurate and detailed recordkeeping
Inventory control and inspection
Clean and sanitize work tools, equipment, and workspace
Label, audit, and organize product for transport
Operate production equipment according to manufacture instruction
Re-stock department
Other duties as assigned

Physical and Emotional Requirements:
May be required to stand or sit for long periods of time.

Compensation/Hours:
Compensation -DOE; 32 - 40 hours/wk., Required availability Mon – Fri, some weekends, and holidays, 7:30am to 5:00pm
