If you possess excellent writing skills, creative financial modeling, and an unwavering eye for detail, you might be our ideal candidate! This is an in-office positionGantry arranges debt and equity financing from $1 million to over $500 million on behalf of commercial real estate developers and investors. The position will support staff with due diligence, presentations, analysis and underwriting.The Production Associate's principal responsibilities include the following:Conduct comprehensive commercial real estate underwriting and analysis using Excel-based tools for precise financial modelingCraft insightful narrative analyses encompassing borrowers, properties, locations, and market trendsAssemble meticulously organized electronic loan submission packages of professional standard required by the capital marketsPerform property and comp location inspections, along with capturing high-quality photographsFacilitate due diligence processes, including legal reviews, lease analyses, and commitment compliance during closingsEngage and cultivate relationships with borrowers, lenders, and other esteemed professionals in the national and local commercial real estate marketsRequisite skills and experience for this position include:A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatoryWhile 2+ years of applicable work experience is preferred, fresh talents with a strong aptitude and skillset are encouraged to apply· Real Estate sales license or taking necessary steps to gain license is a plus· Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is criticalExceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectivelyAbility to execute instructions meticulously and thrive in collaborative team settingsAdvanced internet research capabilities to gather and synthesize information effectivelyAbility to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverablesSelf-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlinesAbility to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workloadPerks & BenefitsWe believe in rewarding our team members generously.
