Our client is seeking two Administrative Support Admins for a 6-week project in Jericho, NY, starting immediately and running through May 30. The positions require availability Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of $20 to $21. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, including: - Conducting research - Handling information requests - Performing clerical functions **Education/Experience:** - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - Entry-level to 2 years of experience is necessary. **Skills and Competencies:** - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Multitasking abilities - Customer service skills - Interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Capacity to keep information organized and confidential - Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint **Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:** - Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems - Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents - File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports - Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails - Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries and perform other duties as assigned Interested candidates should apply with an updated copy of their resume in Word format to mirza@peaksystemsinc.com.
