Position Title: Access and Escort SpecialistLocation: Redstone ArsenalPosition Type: Full-TimeClearance Requirement: Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance Required to StartPosition SummaryWe are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Access and Escort Specialist to support operations in secure government environments at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The selected candidate will be responsible for controlling facility access, escorting personnel and visitors within controlled areas, supporting physical security operations, and ensuring compliance with federal security standards and site-specific procedures.This position requires strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work in both office and industrial/construction environments while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesEscort personnel, contractors, and visitors in controlled or restricted environments, including office spaces, construction sites, and secure facilitiesProcess visitor requests and site access documentation in accordance with established security proceduresCreate, issue, and manage badges and access credentials for authorized personnelRestrict and control access to sensitive or classified areas while positively identifying personnel through established proceduresSupport limited background investigation activities, including collecting required documentation and fingerprinting supportAssist Physical Security personnel with conducting basic facility security checks and inspectionsEnsure physical security systems and equipment remain operational and report deficiencies as requiredMonitor for and report suspicious activities, incidents, or security concerns to designated security officials or law enforcement personnelOperate associated IT systems, databases, and equipment related to access control and visitor managementWear appropriate safety equipment and comply with OSHA standards, federal regulations, and site safety requirementsStand and/or walk for extended periods throughout the workday while maintaining situational awareness and professionalismRequired QualificationsActive Top Secret (TS) Clearance required prior to start dateHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to obtain and maintain site access credentialsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to follow detailed procedures and maintain strict confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stand, walk, and escort personnel for extended periods in varying environments and weather conditionsPreferred QualificationsPrior military, law enforcement, security, or access control experienceExperience supporting federal government or Department of Defense environmentsFamiliarity with badge systems, visitor control systems, and physical security proceduresExperience working within secure or classified facilitiesCulture Requirements Engineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
