IT Support Technician (On-Site & Managed Services) – KC Technologies
KC Technologies is seeking two IT Support Technicians to support a growing managed services environment, including a key manufacturing client.This role involves a mix of:On-site IT supportMicrosoft 365 / Azure administrationNetwork and endpoint troubleshootingEnd-user support in a fast-paced environmentYou will be working directly with leadership and taking ownership of real infrastructure.Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote IT supportManage users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory / Microsoft 365Troubleshoot Windows, networking, and application issuesSupport Intune-managed devices (iPads, Macs, Windows)Handle ticketing, escalation, and documentationAssist with system deployments and upgradesMaintain security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, patching)Requirements:1–3+ years IT support experienceStrong knowledge of:Active DirectoryMicrosoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Entra ID)Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs)Experience troubleshooting user issues independentlyAbility to work on-site and communicate with end usersNice to Have:Intune / MDM experienceMacOS supportManufacturing or production environment experiencePowerShell basicsDetails:Location: On-site + remote workCompensation: Based on experienceGrowth opportunity into senior/lead rolesApply:Submit resume and a brief summary of experience.
