29 Hour 1:1 Special Education Aide

The 1:1 Special Education Aide provides individualized support to a student with special needs in a classroom setting. This role focuses on assisting the student in accessing the curriculum, supporting social and behavioral development, and implementing accommodations as outlined in the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). The aide works closely with the classroom teacher, special education staff, and related service providers to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
