The company is now a part of Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company and owner of WebMD Health Corp.Role OverviewThe Supply partner management team is an integral component to servicing PulsePoint’s DSP. The Partner Manager position will own a book of approximately 15-25 mid-size SSPs, CTV partners and/or publishers.The ideal candidate will have a strong client-facing background and prior digital account management/campaign management experience at an adtech company, or from the media agency partner side.Key Responsibilities:Ownership and stewardship of your book of business. Including managing external partner communication via email and video calls, leading partner status meetings and engaging partners in QBR’s (quarterly business reviews)Manage communication internally with other departments (i.e.: technical partner management, supply quality, supply analytics, our internal DSP and finance) as it relates to your partners, including troubleshooting, fielding questions, etc to provide guidance and answers to partners in a timely mannerAnalyzing performance for your partners to understand how changes a partner or Pulsepoint made can impact performance metrics such as CPM, win rate, efficiency, etc.Understand our strategy and why we make adjustments based on industry trends and recommend changes to maximize efficiency and quality.Be the subject matter expert on topics that are relevant to your partnersProficiency in traditional formats (display, video, app, native, CTV, etc.)Experience in Audio, DOOH, and Endemic Healthcare is a plusIndependent learner, resourceful, highly detail-orientedAssist with special projects as neededHelp out with responding to inquiries to the team alias as neededProvide feedback in internal meetings to better our processesShare best practices for your partners to promote growth across the departmentRequired Qualification:Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing Account Management, Customer Success, Client Service, or Media Planning role preferredProgrammatic experience (SSP, publisher, DSP, or agency experience)Experience with CTV partners (preferred but not required)Willingness to try new things and with a great attitudeAn interest in online advertising and/or technologyEagerness to learn new tools, processes, and best practices in a fast-moving environmentSuperior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in Microsoft Excel / Office and/or Google SuiteExperience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker (preferred but not required)Navigate complex requests by leveraging cross-team collaboration and past experienceTime zone: 9am-5pm ET preferredAll candidates will be required to come to the NYC area 1-2 times/monthWhat we’ll give to you:Comprehensive healthcare with medical, dental, and vision options, and 100%-paid life & disability insurance401(k) MatchGenerous paid vacation and sick timePaid parental leave & adoption assistanceAnnual tuition assistanceBetter Yourself Wellness programGroup volunteer opportunities and fun eventsCommuting subsidy and commuter benefitsA referral bonus program -- we love hiring referrals here at PulsePointApply now to make your mark and be part of an award-winning team!Selection Process:Initial Phone Screen (30 mins)Hiring Manager Video Call (45 minutes)Team Member Interview (30 minutes)Head of Supply Partnerships (45 minutes)Salary Range: $72-$80k base + $3.5k target annual bonus based on company and individual performance
