Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Software Development Manager (Java), based in Makati with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Software Development Manager will oversee the development of high-quality software, manage engineering teams, and architect scalable distributed systems. The role includes defining project goals, ensuring timely delivery, reviewing code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that development aligns with overall business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development and Software DesignExperience in leading teams and overseeing their performance as part of Team LeadershipProven ability to manage projects effectively with strong Project Management skillsThorough understanding and expertise in designing and implementing Distributed Systems Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skillsFamiliarity with Java or similar programming languages at a senior levelStrong understanding of Agile methodologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plusExperience in enterprise software development or financial technology is advantageous
