Primary Care Physician Senior-Focused Outpatient Practice Atlanta, GA Salary: $225K-315K A rapidly expanding, senior-focused outpatient care organization is seeking dedicated Primary Care Physicians who want to practice medicine with purpose. This is a full-time Monday Friday position (8am 5pm) with no nights, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities. What You ll Do Provide compassionate, comprehensive primary care to a senior population in an outpatient-only setting. Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based standards. Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team including NPs/PAs, nurses, behavioral health specialists, social workers, clinical pharmacists, care coordinators, and quality-based coders. Participate in daily huddles, collaborate on care plans, and ensure accurate documentation aligned with quality and value-based standards. Act as a leader within the center by promoting coordinated care, proactive outreach, and exceptional patient experiences. What You Bring MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Current or attainable medical license in the state of practice. Strong interest in senior care and value-based medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in geriatrics, Medicare Advantage, VBC, HEDIS, or EMR systems is helpful but not required for motivated learners. Candidates must be pursuing full-time, Monday Friday employment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary range of $225,000 $315,000 depending on experience and location. Robust bonus opportunities tied to quality and patient outcomes.
