Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in St. Louis, MO. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project timelines, manage resources, and ensure the successful execution of residential real estate projects. Responsibilities include expediting processes, organizing logistics, conducting inspections to ensure quality standards are met, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain effective communication and drive project goals. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget while adhering to company standards and client expectations. Qualifications Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee and manage projects effectively.Skills in Expediting and managing project timelines to meet deadlines efficiently.Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.Expertise in Logistics Management for seamless coordination of project resources.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in the residential real estate or property management industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.https://evergreenresi.com/careers/openings/?gh_jid=4689231005
