Ideal Candidate: BackgroundBSEE / MSEE (Electrical or RF Engineering)7-10+ years in RF Product Development & TestDefense, Aerospace, Radar, RF Components, or Wireless Product companiesHands-on RF lab and production test experienceJob Description: Primary Skill SetsStrong experience of coreRF principles across 40-75 GHz (high power, Defense oriented bands) Demonstrated experience oftest strategies for RF devicesPrimary responsibilities related tosystems level architecture (hardware and software), resulting circuit design, and overall product integrationAbility to lead the development of production test solutions and create test development proposals based on production test requirementsFamiliarity with Defense and regulatory standards associated with high frequency devices; must show understanding of Mil Spec/ EMC environmental standardsDemonstrated understanding of RF measurements including Safety parameters, safety protocolsDemonstrable significant experience with designing and deploying test equipmentElectrical Engineering background or similar; 7 to 10 years of related experienceStrong aptitude in technical writing, operating on engineering teams, acting as RF SME including coaching and leading other disciplinesAbility to create financial plans for your projects, align them internally with your line of management and other functions and externally if needed.
