Hands-On Experience in a Movement-Focused Studio About StretchLab StretchLab helps people move better, feel better, and live better through one-on-one assisted stretching. We’re looking for Kinesiology or Exercise Science majors and graduates who are excited to work hands-on with clients and apply their movement knowledge in a real-world setting. Why This Role Works for Kinesiology & ExSci Backgrounds Apply anatomy and movement concepts every session Work one-on-one with clients in a calm, supportive environment Learn professional assisted stretching techniques (training provided) Gain experience with a wide range of bodies and mobility levels Be part of a collaborative, team-oriented studio What You’ll Be Doing Deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions Complete mobility assessments and track progress Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, and recovery Follow structured stretching protocols and keep session notes Support group stretches, workshops, and community events What We’re Looking For Required: Degree (or current enrollment) in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field Interest in anatomy, movement, and human performance Comfort working hands-on with people Strong communication skills CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Nice to Have (Not Required): Pre-PT, pre-OT, or pre-Chiro track Internship, lab, or coaching experience Interest in mobility or injury prevention Training 20 hours of online education 2 days of hands-on training Ongoing coaching and feedback No stretching experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need.
