Cleaning Technician

Job Type: Independent Contractor / 1099 (as-needed, job-by-job) Pay: $25–$30/hour (depending on experience) Job Description: Stone & Oak Services is hiring reliable independent cleaning subcontractors (1099) in the Davenport, FL area. This is flexible, job-by-job work (not guaranteed hours). We offer jobs based on your location and availability, and you choose which ones you accept. Typical Jobs Include: Residential standard cleanings Deep cleanings Move-in/move-out cleanings Short-term rental / Airbnb turnovers (when available) Responsibilities: Complete cleanings to scope/checklist with strong attention to detail Communicate clearly (confirm arrival, completion, and any issues) Take before/after photos when required Be professional and respectful in client homes Requirements: Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor (W-9 required) Reliable transportation Smartphone for communication/photos Ability to provide your own basic cleaning supplies/equipment (tell us what you have) General liability insurance preferred (may be required for certain clients) Background check may be required for certain properties To Apply (please include): What city are you based in?
