Position: Software Engineer – Agentic AI (Amazon Bedrock)Location: Hopkins, MN / Minneapolis, MN / Irving, TX / Brookfield, WI / Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Cincinnati, OH (3 day onsite/Week)Hire Type: Full TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents leveraging Amazon Bedrock.The role focuses on developing scalable, production-grade multi-agent solutions that automate business processes and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.This engineer will work across the full lifecycle—from solution design and model integration to deployment, orchestration, and optimization of AI agents in cloud-native environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using Amazon Bedrock Agent frameworksBuild agent-driven workflows to automate enterprise processes and orchestrate tasks across systemsIntegrate LLMs, APIs, enterprise data sources, and external services into agent architecturesDevelop RAG-based and conversational AI solutions using modern GenAI frameworksImplement scalable, cloud-native applications using microservices and serverless patternsCollaborate with architects and domain teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutionsEnsure secure, compliant, and responsible AI implementations (governance, explainability, monitoring)Build reusable frameworks, SDK integrations, and automation pipelines for agent deploymentOptimize agent performance, latency, and cost across cloud environmentsContribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production deployment of AI solutionsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years in software engineering with strong experience in cloud-native developmentHands-on experience with:Amazon Bedrock / AWS AI servicesAI agent frameworks (e.g., Autogen, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Agent SDKs)Strong programming expertise in:Python (preferred) or JavaExperience building:REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecturesFamiliarity with:LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architecturesMulti-agent orchestration and workflow designExperience with cloud services:Azure (Functions, Storage, DevOps, Service Bus) OR AWS equivalentsKnowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Experience integrating enterprise systems (APIs, databases, SaaS platforms)Preferred QualificationsExperience building multi-agent platforms or autonomous workflowsExposure to AI governance, safety, and responsible AI practicesFamiliarity with agent-to-agent communication and orchestration protocolsExperience in building GenAI-enabled user interfaces (React or similar)Certifications in AWS AI / Cloud Architect rolesKey CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and system design skillsAbility to translate business use cases into AI-driven architecturesCollaboration across cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business)Focus on performance, scalability, and production readiness
