Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and airflow issues) Perform accurate, efficient troubleshootingno guesswork or unnecessary part swapping Complete repairs that solve the root problem, not just temporary fixes Perform system evaluations and recommend necessary repairs (no sales pressure) Maintain clean, organized work habits and professional appearance Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners Document work performed and findings accurately Uphold company standards on every call Requirements: Proven experience as an HVAC service technician (lead experience preferred) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Deep understanding of residential HVAC systems Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field High level of integrityno upselling or unnecessary recommendations Strong communication skills with customers Valid drivers license EPA certification (required) What We Dont Tolerate: Guessing instead of properly diagnosing Replacing parts without confirming the root issue Pushing equipment or repairs customers dont need Poor communication or lack of professionalism Cutting corners or rushing through calls Blaming the system instead of solving the problem If that sounds harsh, this probably isnt the place for you.
