Job Description FEHA Employment AttorneyCareer Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a thriving boutique law firm located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, across from the CBRE building. We are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with strong FEHA experience. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants real litigation exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to take cases from intake through trial.You will manage a caseload of 25–30 active employment litigation matters and work in a collaborative environment that supports growth and trial-readiness. We fund cases through trial when we believe in them—even if the outcome is uncertain—because we are committed to our clients and to learning from every result. Our attorneys prepare each case with a trial-focused approach from day one and work within a supportive environment that prioritizes hands-on professional development. This role also offers meaningful opportunities to grow into a leadership position or senior litigation role within the firm.Responsibilities: Manage employment cases from intake through settlement or trialConduct discovery, depositions, and motion practicePrepare and argue motions (including MSJs and discovery motions)Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearancesDevelop a case strategy and provide direction to support staffMaintain organized case files and meet all deadlinesPrepare every case as if it will go to trialRequirements: 4 – 8 years of Single Plaintiff FEHA employment litigation experienceActive California Bar licenseStrong writing, research, and analytical skillsExperience with depositions, discovery, and motion practiceAbility to manage a caseload with independence and initiativeProfessional, collaborative, and organizedCompensation and Benefits: Salary: $150,000 - $200,000Enhanced Salary compensation opportunities available for attorneys with proven labor and employment Trial experienceIndustry-leading commission and fee structureHealth benefitsPTO and paid holidaysSupportive team cultureOpportunities for growth and trial experienceLocation: Downtown Los Angeles, CaliforniaPlease note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
