You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth product launches, accurate inventory management, and a high-quality customer experience.This role blends operational execution with analytical thinking, offering the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help scale digital commerce capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & MaintenanceSupport the daily management of online storefronts, ensuring product listings, visuals, and customer-facing content are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.Product Launch CoordinationAssist in executing new product releases and store launches, ensuring all required assets, details, and timelines are aligned for successful activation.Inventory & Merchandising SupportMonitor inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and maintain accurate reporting to support product availability and sales performance.Platform ManagementMaintain backend functionality across eCommerce platforms, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates to ensure seamless store performance.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with account teams, logistics partners, and customer support teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and a positive end-to-end customer experience.Data Analysis & ReportingGenerate and analyze sales and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve revenue and operational efficiency.Logistics & Fulfillment CoordinationAssist in managing relationships with fulfillment partners and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order processing.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and systems, contributing ideas that support scalability and long-term growth.What You BringRelevant ExperienceBackground in eCommerce, merchandising, logistics, project coordination, or a related field, with exposure to digital retail environments.Technical ProficiencyFamiliarity with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify or similar systems) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.Organization & Attention to DetailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in a fast-moving environment.Analytical ThinkingComfort working with data to identify trends, solve problems, and support decision-making.Communication SkillsStrong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.AdaptabilityComfort navigating shifting priorities and tight deadlines, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, or a related discipline.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and digital commerce platforms.Exposure to entertainment, media, or consumer merchandise industries is beneficial.Why This Role Stands OutThis position offers the chance to work at the intersection of entertainment and eCommerce, supporting high-visibility digital storefronts and innovative merchandising initiatives.
