This role is critical to delivering a premium client experience while driving revenue and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional taste, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Budget Ownership: Develop and manage budgets for all styling projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
Design Development: Curate and design cohesive accessory plans that align with the broader interior vision and client preferences.
Procurement Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated procurement professional who will support ordering, tracking and reconciling to ensure all logistics run smoothly.
Logistics & Tracking Oversight: Coordinate with the procurement and labor teams to manage timelines, deliveries and product flow for ideal execution.
Installation & Styling: Support on-site styling and installation, ensuring every space is polished and elevated to exceed client expectations.
Client Communication: Provide consistent communication and exceptional customer service throughout the styling process.
Collaboration: Partner with the design and sales teams to ensure seamless integration with furniture projects and opportunities for additional scope.
Scalability & Best Practices: Establish and document styling best practices that support scalability, efficiency, and a consistently enriched client experience.
Client Relations & Travel: Support clients around the world, traveling as needed to ensure selections and final layers meet the highest standards and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Proficiency in budget management and vendor communication
Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Working knowledge of furniture dealership operations and economics
