Payroll Business Partner I
Overview
In this role you act as a trusted payroll advisor for ADP’s PEO clients, delivering timely guidance on payroll compliance and solutions that drive client value. You’ll be the primary client liaison, handling complex, time-sensitive issues over the phone and shaping outcomes with a broad product knowledge. You operate in a metrics-driven environment and build strong relationships to support client retention and growth. This is a collaborative, inclusive role with opportunities to learn and advance.

ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor and problem solver to resolve time-sensitive payroll issuesBuild and maintain client relationships via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectationsEducate clients on ADP products and translate input into actionable recommendationsOrganize daily workflow to manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak periods
