Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offTraining & developmentVision insuranceEmployee discountsTHE BEACH CLUB CUSTODIANJob Description:Provide consistent and thorough daily cleaning of all public areas of the Beach Club to include lobbies, restrooms, patios, etc.Essential Duites:Provide consistent and thorough daily cleaning of all public areasDaily clean outdoor smoker urnsDaily clean and sanitize all public restroomsClean elevator floors and walls and touch up as often as possible, vacuum tracks as neededClean all glass doors and windows in lobbies as assignedSweep, mop, and dust Beach Club offices and common areas as assignedEmpty all trash cans during shift, 3 times per day (first thing in AM, prior to lunch, and prior to leaving for the day)Pick up trash and sweep curbs around buildingsPlace work orders for maintenance issues in all areas of the propertyFollow chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and know the safety precautions they adviseKnow where eyewash stations are located, and keep them maintainedRespond to guests with a cheerful and helpful attitudePerform other duties as assigned.Required Skills:Excellent customer service skillsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to stand/walk for entire shiftMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reachMust be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.Must be able to use a broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, blower
