This is more than a sales role—it's a chance to shape thefuture of annuity distribution, build a flexible career on your ownterms, and grow within a supportive, innovation-driven environmentthat values independence, mentorship, and performance.ResponsibilitiesEngage prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls,email, and SMSEducate clients on annuity products, processes, and the broaderfinancial landscape in clear, accessible languageConduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover individualfinancial goals and tailor solutions accordinglyBuild trust and long-term relationships that drive conversionand customer retentionServe as a key feedback partner to Product and Engineering teamsby identifying pain points and suggesting improvementsManage a dynamic pipeline with consistent follow-up across allstages of the customer journeyCollaborate on refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, andworkflow optimizations for a rapidly growing product categoryGenerate referrals through exceptional service and acustomer-first mindsetRequirements:Active Life and Health Insurance License (required)Completion of state-mandated Annuity Suitability training or certification2–3 years of proven annuity sales experience (Fixed,Fixed-Index, or MYGA preferred)Demonstrated success in sales and expert-level objection handlingExceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skillsAbility to identify client challenges and deliver tailored,value-driven solutionsAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong verbal communication skills and a confident, professionalphone presenceHigh drive to succeed and a commitment to delivering outstandingcustomer experiencesQuick learner with disciplined organization and self-motivationThis is a 1099 commission-only, fully independent position.
