The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation of financial statements, guide financial reporting, and manage accounting processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, maintaining accuracy in financial documentation, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.QualificationsStrong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingAdvanced Analytical Skills and a thorough understanding of Finance principlesExperience and expertise in Accounting practicesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and enterprise accounting systemsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plusStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProven experience in a Financial Controller or a similar senior financial management role
