Senior Workday Analyst - Up to $140,000 + Bonus - Hybrid, OhioWe are looking for an experienced and collaborative Workday professional to join a fast-paced, people-focused organisation undergoing significant HR systems transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys owning Workday initiatives end-to-end, partnering with HR stakeholders, and contributing to impactful projects that enhance the employee experience.You will play a key role in leading Workday initiatives across multiple modules, supporting both ongoing optimisation and new implementations within an agile delivery environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle Workday projects from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live supportPartner closely with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutionsSupport a bi-weekly agile release process, helping prioritise enhancements, fixes, and new functionality across the Workday ecosystemDrive continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processesProvide ongoing production support and optimisation beyond initial hypercare periodsCollaborate with internal teams to improve user experience, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiencyAct as a trusted advisor to HR teams, ensuring Workday functionality aligns with business objectives and HR best practicesSupport and contribute to a range of strategic HR transformation projectsRequired Experience:3 years of hands-on Workday experience across one or more modulesProven experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations and enhancementsExperience providing long-term post go-live support and system optimisationComfortable working in agile delivery environments with frequent release cyclesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across HR, operations, and technical teamsIf you're interested in learning more, I'd love to hear from you!
