Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent, based in Baltimore, MD. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and managing on-site activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, monitoring project progress, resolving any on-site issues, and maintaining open communication with teams, subcontractors, and clients. The role will also involve maintaining detailed project documentation and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Management, Project Scheduling, and Site CoordinationStrong knowledge of Risk Management and Safety Compliance regulationsExperience in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocationProven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a construction settingEffective communication and team collaboration abilitiesProfessional certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role involving large-scale construction projects
