You will lead the effort to revitalize outdated codebases, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and aligned with modern cloud-native standards.What You'll Do Architect and execute the decomposition of complex legacy monoliths into manageable microservices. Lead code refactoring and migration initiatives for older Java and .NET stacks. Design and implement robust, secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless service communication. Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines to automate and accelerate modern software delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define modernization strategies that minimize business disruption. Optimize system performance and scalability by leveraging modern architectural patterns.What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically with Java or .NET stacks. Proven expertise in modernizing legacy monoliths into microservices architectures. Strong experience in API design, refactoring, and RESTful migration strategies. Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing. Solid understanding of software decomposition and modern architectural patterns.
