Electrical Engineer

This position is for an Electrical Engineer supporting facility design projects. The candidate will be responsible for providing power distribution design and calculations, collaborating with designers to produce final plans, and ensuring proper electrical integration within the facility. Responsibilities include bringing power into the building, dispersing it throughout, and reviewing electrical drawings and specifications related to lighting systems, controls, power systems, and lightning protection.Qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, with a PE license preferred but not required. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally with familiarity in NFPA 70 standards. Experience with electrical design for nuclear and DOE projects is a plus.Overall, the role requires a highly experienced electrical engineer capable of supporting complex facility power systems and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards.
