Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and successfully deliver construction projects from planning through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project progress, coordinating resources, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all contract requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client requirements. Serve as the primary company representative in project-related meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and public agencies. Coordinate and communicate project updates, changes, priorities, and performance expectations. Support contract development by reviewing project requirements, specifications, scopes of work, and contractual obligations. Prepare and present project status reports, schedules, cost updates, and progress reports to management and clients. Lead and coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, specifications, safety requirements, and company standards. Track, and manage project budgets to achieve revenue, cost control, and profitability objectives. Request, allocate, and oversee project resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Review technical documents, plans, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related documentation. Collaborate with the company’s administrative and accounting teams to support purchasing, contract administration, billing, compliance, and other operational processes. Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project objectives and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience managing civil construction, site development, roadway, infrastructure, or commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, schedules, budgets, and project controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
