This role ensures adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to product quality and operational efficiency.A Day in the Life: Operate and monitor equipment including cappers, washers, and dryers in accordance with established proceduresPerform basic equipment operations and ensure proper functionality during production runsComplete and maintain required documentation and paperwork for environmental processes and proceduresExecute packaging activities, including material handling and product preparationPull samples and manage archives for product sampling and quality trackingPerform tasks as directed by supervisors and follow all assigned work instructionsEnsure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instruction Outlines (WOIs)Recognize and respond appropriately to process events or deviationsSupport operational KPIs by maintaining productivity, quality, and efficiency standardsEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: No Experience RequiredMinimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredWillingness to learn new methodologies and processesKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Ability to read, understand, and retain SOPs and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accuratelyEffective time management skills and ability to meet production timelinesAbility to adapt to changing daily production needsStrong teamwork skills; able to collaborate and accept constructive feedback
