Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

Now we need someone who can embed with our customers and make our platform work in the real world.What you'll do:You'll be the engineer who bridges the gap between our product and our customers' reality. That means deploying on-site or virtually with clients, understanding their workflows and systems, building custom solutions on top of our platform, and troubleshooting production issues under real pressure. When something breaks at 2 PM and there's a 5 PM deadline, you're the person in the room who fixes it.You'll also be the voice of the customer back to our engineering and product teams. What you learn in the field shapes what we build next.What we're looking for:We don't care about your pedigree, your CS degree, or which companies you've worked for. We care about how you perform when the problem is ambiguous and the stakes are real.You can walk into a broken system you've never seen before and figure out what's wrong.You decompose big messy problems into clear priorities without being told how.You can explain a technical architecture issue to a VP of Operations and a senior IT admin in the same meeting - and leave both of them confident.You build things that work in production, not just in demos.You stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly when everyone around you is panicking.If you've done FDE, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering before, great. If you're a strong engineer who's always been the person teammates pull into the hard conversations with clients, we want to hear from you.
