📍 Location: Pittsburgh, PA🏢 Department: Operations👤 Reports To: Chief Operations Officer🧭 Position SummaryThe Logistics & Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient work environment across the facility. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics, managing inventory and materials, and ensuring all workspaces are clean, functional, and well maintained.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes initiative, notices what others miss, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.🔧 Key Responsibilities🏗️ Facilities & Organization Maintain cleanliness and organization across office, warehouse, and storage areas Identify opportunities to improve layout, organization, and overall efficiency of workspaces Perform routine cleaning, organizing, and general upkeep to ensure a professional environment📦 Inventory & Materials Management Review and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and stored materials Dispose of outdated, unused, or non-compliant items in accordance with company standards Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials🚚 Logistics Support Coordinate the movement of supplies and equipment within the facility Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments Support operational logistics needs across departments as needed🤝 General Support Assist with facility cleanouts, reorganizations, and special projects Maintain a safe and compliant work environment at all times Partner with internal teams to support daily operational needs✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in facilities, logistics, warehouse, or operations support preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting, moving, and organizing materials Self-motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment💼 Why Join CDL Nuclear TechnologiesAt CDL, we are committed to operational excellence and supporting our teams with a strong, well-organized foundation.
