As we Create with Collaboration, Serve with Integrity, Grow with Excellence, and Advance with Innovation.On a Given Day, You MayAs a Field Service Excellence Specialist and coordinator, you will manage and coordinate various operational tasks to ensure seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include:Management of service-related billing inquiries, generating invoices, and reconciling discrepancies.Tracking of project timelines with pacing files and utilizing systems like Motus and MTes for efficient scheduling and resource allocation.Aligning travel and expense reports through Concur and handling purchase orders and order entry to ensure timely processing and closure that support after care visits for service team.Coordinating shipping of items for service projects and tracking deliveries.Generating and analyzing KPI reports to assess department performance and identify improvement areas.Participating in continuous improvement projects and providing backup support for scheduling.Serving as the initial point of contact for service billing inquiries and assisting with service proposals and contracts.Ensuring contractor documentation is up to date and archived properly.Supporting the customer care team with parts research and follow-up on service requests.Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating contact information, ordering supplies, and providing support to other departments as needed.QualificationsAA degree in Business or related program, Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of (3) years service, project, operations, planning experience within a field, sales, service industryStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Must be able to utilize ERP, Sales Force, Excel, and or JD Edwards software to manage service related activitiesStrong customer service skillsOnsite role located in Lakeland, FL SH1Ability to travel up to 10% to visit company and customer sites while training and when needed to support career developmentWe are committed to our employees and will provide you with development and opportunities to allow you to be the best version of yourself at work, at home, and in your community.We foster a genuine inclusive team culture enjoying collaborative working across our global teams to deliver world-class projects.We encourage development - ensuring new experiences and challenges at JBT Marel to feed your growth!Benefits: JBT Marel offers benefits on day 1 of your employment.
