SALES SUPPORT REP GOLFPURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATIONPlay a central role in supporting the adidas Golf sales organization. As Sales Support Rep Golf, you will partner closely with field sales representatives to help manage territory business, support customers, and ensure smooth order execution. You will serve as a key internal contact, coordinating requests, validating embellishment details, and resolving challenges related to product availability, delivery, and order management. This role offers broad exposure to the sales process and the opportunity to build deep product and business knowledge within adidas Golf.Key ResponsibilitiesPARTNER WITH FIELD SALES TEAMSServe as the primary internal contact for assigned sales representatives, supporting territory planning and daily business needs.ENSURE ORDER ACCURACY AND DELIVERYManage requests, track orders, and support the goal of delivering every order on time and in full.SUPPORT CUSTOMER AND ACCOUNT OPERATIONSMaintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with customer service, operations, distribution centers, and vendors.RESOLVE ISSUES AND SUPPORT CONTINUOUS SERVICEIdentify service and sales challenges and take action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM AND BUSINESS SUCCESSParticipate in training programs, support the customer service call center, and assist with cross functional initiatives as needed.KEY RELATIONSHIPSSalesDistribution Center OperationsCresting OperationsExternal Embellishment VendorsMarketingKnowledge Skills And AbilitiesStrong customer service focus with clear written and verbal communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detailExperience working across cross functional teamsFamiliarity with SAP or similar systems preferredRequisite Education And Experience Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a business related field preferredMinimum two years of customer service or sales related experienceExperience in apparel or footwear environments preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsJOIN THE THREE STRIPES BRANDThis is an opportunity to support the teams and systems that bring adidas Golf to life for customers every day. The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $29.81-$34.61/hour. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role. At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday.
