Dispatcher We’re looking for a Dispatcher to join a busy Operations team in the construction and building materials industry in San Jose, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics, coordinating drivers, and working directly with customers to ensure smooth deliveries. Full-Time Employee Pays between $30-34/hr 100% Onsite San Jose, CA Typical hours Monday – Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating daily delivery schedules for a fleet of trucks Communicating with drivers and customers regarding material deliveries Adjusting routes and schedules based on real-time updates Serving as a key point of contact for order coordination and delivery timing Ensuring efficient logistics operations and excellent customer service What We’re Looking For Dispatching experience Construction or building materials industry experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual Spanish/English is a big plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations environment This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing company in the construction materials industry where your coordination and communication skills make a direct impact on daily operations.
