About the CompanyWe're hiring a Client Experience Representative on behalf of our client — a growing financial advisory firm serving retirement-focused clients in the Northern Virginia market.About the RoleThis is a high-priority hire for a firm that's built its model around advisor efficiency and exceptional client care. As the Client Experience Representative, you'll serve as the operational backbone of the advisor team — managing the client journey from prospect confirmation through ongoing service, and showing up in-person to help run the retirement workshops and dinner seminars that drive the firm's growth. You're remote, but rooted: Fairfax County presence is essential, and your local familiarity matters.ResponsibilitiesAttend retirement workshops and dinner seminars; manage attendee logistics and schedule follow-up appointments with interested prospectsOwn all appointment confirmations from initial booking through the first advisor meetingSchedule client service meetings and prepare pre-meeting account summariesInput meeting notes, action items, and client updates into SmartOffice CRMProcess non-licensed service requests and assist with investment account maintenanceMaintain internal team trackers and ensure data accuracy across platformsAct as the primary liaison for service-related client inquiries and issue resolutionManage advisor calendars and handle day-to-day client communications Qualifications3–5 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or client service role (3 years minimum)Prior client support experience at a financial services firm — ideally an RIA or hybrid advisory firmWorking knowledge of CRM systems and client account/application paperworkProficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePointSmartOffice CRM experience is a strong plusMust reside in Fairfax County, VA or within a 45-minute commute (with traffic) of Tysons Corner Required SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent follow-through and communication — written and verbalTeam-oriented with a genuine client service mindsetComfortable managing data and maintaining accuracy at volumeAdaptable under shifting priorities; persistent and client-focusedAvailability for up to 4 evening seminars per month during busy workshop seasons Pay Range and Compensation Package$75,000 – $90,000 base salary, plus discretionary annual bonus.
